Laremont Studio is a photography studio based in the Atlanta-area, focused on creating strong, considered images for models, agencies, and creatives.

The work is built around a simple idea: a test shoot should show the model, not distract from them.

The studio creates clean, intentional imagery designed to help agencies evaluate and present their talent while giving models photographs that feel elevated, current, and distinctly their own.

Based in the Atlanta area, Laremont Studio works with models represented by agencies as well as emerging talent developing their portfolios.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Brandon Laremont began working with photography in 1998 as part of his graphic design training. That foundation continues to influence the way he approaches photography today.

His work is rooted in fine art, graphic composition, form, movement, and storytelling. Influences ranging from Helmut Newton and Richard Avedon to Tim Walker and Peter Coulson have shaped an approach that values strong composition and an image that can stand on its own.

That artistic background is paired with an understanding of what a model needs from a test shoot.

The goal is not simply to make a beautiful photograph.

It is to create images that communicate something about the person in front of the camera.

FOR AGENCIES

A good test shoot should give an agency useful images.

That means creating photographs that allow a model’s appearance, proportions, expression, movement, and personality to come through without unnecessary visual distractions.

Laremont Studio approaches each shoot with that in mind.

Model-focused direction
Models are given direction throughout the session to help them find natural movement, expression, and presence in front of the camera.

Intentional imagery
Each image is built around composition, light, form, and the individual characteristics of the model.

The studio’s aesthetic is intentionally restrained. Clean backgrounds, considered lighting, and simple compositions allow the model to remain the focus.

With a photography practice dating back to 1998, Brandon brings both technical experience and an artistic eye to the set.

THE TEST SHOOT

A test shoot is an opportunity to see what a model can do beyond a digitals sheet.

It is also an opportunity to discover what makes that model interesting.

Rather than forcing every model into the same visual formula, the studio works to identify the qualities that make the individual compelling and build the session around them.

Some shoots may be straightforward and minimal. Others may explore movement, shape, shadow, or a more editorial point of view.

The common thread is intentionality.

The photographs should feel current, usable, and representative of the model.

THE EXPERIENCE

The studio environment serves Atlanta, Marietta, and the surrounding Georgia modeling and creative industry and is designed to be comfortable, professional, and focused.

The objective is to create an environment where the model can concentrate on the work rather than trying to figure out what the photographer wants.

Direction is clear. Communication is direct. The session is collaborative.

For newer models, that can mean helping them become comfortable in front of the camera.

For experienced models, it can mean pushing beyond familiar poses and finding something less expected.

The photographer’s job is not simply to press the shutter.

It is to recognize what is happening in front of the camera and know when to guide it, when to change it, and when to leave it alone.

FOR MODELING AGENCIES

Laremont Studio is available to work directly with agencies that need test photography for their models.

Agency-directed shoots can be approached around the specific needs of the talent and the agency, whether the priority is building a new model’s portfolio, refreshing existing images, developing a particular look, or creating stronger editorial material.

The studio can work with agency direction while bringing an independent photographic perspective to the shoot.

The philosophy behind the studio is simple:

That means avoiding unnecessary trends and excessive production when they do not serve the image.

WORKING TOGETHER

If you are a modeling agency looking for a photographer to test and develop your models, Laremont Studio welcomes agency relationships and recurring work.

When reaching out, agencies are encouraged to include the model’s name, agency, desired shoot type, and any specific requirements or creative direction.

From there, the studio can discuss the appropriate approach for the shoot and determine what will best serve the model and the agency.

All packages include unlimited usage rights for personal portfolio purposes, including agency and casting profiles, comp cards, personal websites, and social media.

A signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to confirm all bookings. Additional retouched images may be purchased for $50 per image.

For images intended for editorial publication, marketing, advertising, commercial campaigns, or other business use, please contact the studio for custom licensing information.

Travel fees may apply for locations more than one hour from Marietta, Georgia.
